Authentic World War II U.S. Army Air Force National Star and Bars Insignia drawn to Tech Order Specs!
From 28 June 1943 to August 1943 the US Army Air Force performed experiments that showed at a distance, shapes were more important than colors, so bars were added to the rounded with an Insignia Red outline.
