SOCKET CONTACT
Type S Socket Contacts are designed to mate with Type P Pin Style Contacts in the front, and constructed with a solder cup in the back that will not leak through the front of the socket and prevent insertion of the pin contact.
TYPE P
PIN CONTACT
Type P Pin Contacts mate with the corresponding socket contact and are designed to resist severe vibration and repeated connections and disconnection encountered in service.
