Commonly called a rotor as a slang term, there are 9 of these discs used in each P-51 Mustang brake assembly (20 per aircraft). The 7.6 inches diameter brake assembly is made up of nine rotating discs P/N 530597-1 that are .100 thick, and ten stationary discs P/N 530596-1 that are .125 thick.
